No. The state prescription or recommendation system has safeguards to protect patient privacy. Patient names and addresses are not kept in the state’s database: the only information retained is a personal photo and ID number. The privacy of medical records is protected by federal HIPPA laws.
Not necessarily. The California Supreme Court ruled that employers can discriminate against medical cannabis users. The legislature passed a bill to change that in 2008, but Gov. Schwarzenegger vetoed it. In 2011 and 2012, support could not be found in the California Senate for medical cannabis users’ employment rights. If you are seriously contemplating using Idrasil™, we suggest talking with your HR department prior if you may be at risk.

There are two types of cannabinoid receptors in human tissues, CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are present in the brain and spinal cord and in certain peripheral tissues. CB2 receptors are expressed primarily in organ tissues. There is preliminary evidence to suggest that additional cannabinoid receptor types may exist. Cannabinoids: Two cannabinoids to date have been well characterized – THC and CBD. Both THC and CBD have important pharmacology: THC has analgesic, anti-spasmodic, anti-tremor, anti-inflammatory, anti-emetic properties & as an appetite stimulant & creates satiation. CBD has anti-inflammatory, anti-convulsion, anti-psychotic, anti-oxidant, neuroprotective and immunomodulatory effects. CBD is not intoxicating and it has been suggested that the presence of CBD in cannabis may alleviate some of the potentially unwanted side-effects of THC. Additionally, CBN specifically targets pain relief, suppresses muscle spasms and aids sleep. *Anecdotally, cannabis has been used by civilizations as medicine since earliest recorded time.
The nature of smoking or edible confections is such that they will always vary greatly from plant to plant & batch to batch, resulting in an inherent lack of consistency which leads to irregular analgesic or therapeutic results. Idrasil® will give the same standard & consistent results, dose to dose. Idrasil™ will give a full range of analgesic and therapeutic benefits following your doctors prescribed dosage following our 6:1:6 rule. Idrasil™ is sterile and bacteria free and processed in an ISO9001 certified laboratory. Idrasil™ is odorless and looks like any other mainstream pill, with no social stigma attached. Idrasil™ offers convenient and discreet portability, for dosing cannabis, in a 25mg tablet. Idrasil™ is a Complimentary Medical approach.
Dosing depends on if the patient has prior experience medicating with cannabis. Idrasil® is soluble and can be swallowed, crushed & put in food or drink. A basic guideline for titrating your dose is start with 6 mg (1/4 of the pill) Increase your next dose by 6 mg till you find relief. 6:1:6 Rule > 6 mg/ per 100 lbs. Body Weight / per 6 hours
Idrasil® is considered a ‘Dietary Supplement’ and as such does not require FDA approval. Idrasil® would be categorized by the FDA as GRAS: Generally Regarded As Safe

No. Because of the HIPPA (Health Information Patient Privacy Act), your insurance company cannot share any of your medical information with your employer. Even though your employer provides the policy, they do not have any access to information divulging the nature of why any employees are billing their insurance. Think of it this way: your employer picks the insurance plan for the employees and pays the premium, which is their only involvement.
C3® currently bills all individual and employer-provided policies. Namely: Blue Shield, Blue Cross, PacifiCare, Aetna, Cigna, Universal Care & United Health Care, for both PPO’s and HMO’s. C3® currently cannot bill Kaiser, Medi-Cal or Medi-Care.
The Insurance companies initial reaction is to deny a claim for any new product such as Idrasil™. C3® is the first company to successfully bill, and be paid, for medical cannabis in the history of the State of California. Idrasil™ is new and the only pill of its kind available anywhere in the world. Before Idrasil™, Doctors did not have a way to prescribe a set dose of cannabinoids so it was impossible to bill for medical cannabis. C3 Patients Association will attempt to acquire a ‘Prior Authorization’ from your provider. Medical cannabis is your legal alternative in California; C3 Patients Association tries very hard to have the insurance companies recognize Proposition 215 & pay all claims. C3 Patients Association is paving the way for your legal right to use medical cannabis as an alternative to other, possibly dangerous or addictive, medications. Once we have approval from your insurance company, future claims are paid within 30 days.
